(we do NOT accept Personal Checks - if we receive your mail order with a Personal Check the check will be destroyed - we will Not return them to you).

Question. I think my dvd is defective. What should I do?
Answer). In the rare event of a defective DVD we will replace it with an identical one. Please try playing the dvd in another dvd player if you are having problems. 99.9% of the time the dvd will play fine when played in another dvd player.

Answer). Yes, but we prefer you to order via our website if possible. Ordering using our website is much safer and faster than ordering over the telephone. Question. How come when I call the Toll Free number mentioned in your videos it does not connect me to Yarnell Art?
Answer). We canceled our Toll Free number several years ago because it became very expensive and almost everyone in the USA now gets Free long distant calls anyway.
Q. Do you include a pattern or photo of the finished painting?
A). Sorry the dvds do not include a pattern or photo of the finished painting (however the painting is featured on the dvd case) but if you want you can easily print your own picture from the large picture of each painting in the paintings product description page on our Yarnell Art web site. Just “right mouse click” on the large website picture of the painting and choose “Open image in new tab”. This will bring up a new web page with just the picture on it. Next right click Next to the picture (Not on the picture) and choose Print. This should bring up a preview of the picture in your printer software that you can print out. If you have trouble, get a computer savvy friend to help you or I can email you the .jpg image that you can print out.
