Jerry demonstrates light, shadows, and subtle color transitions to make puddles and road surfaces come alive. This painting was done using a palette knife for thick texture and bristle brushes for finer details. Jerry, as always, is using water-mixable (water-miscible) oil paints—so you can paint without harsh solvent fumes while still getting classic oil results.
